Our sintered spherical aluminum nitride powder makes it is easy to achieve 10 W/m-K (or higher) thermal conductivity in fillers. //RWS Series aluminum nitride powders have high purity spherical shaped particles designed for excellent flowability and loading. //Larger mean particle size, spherical shaped particles and a sharp particle size distribution (PSD) allows for an improved filling rate and the ability to reach new heights of thermal conductivity in fillers. //RWS Series are surface-coated for improved coupling with silicone-polymers. //Additionally, they are also treated for advanced water resistance. //These surface treated AlN powders have the most effective anti-hydrolysis capability in the world as they can withstand an 85°C/85%RH (environment test) in water for more than 500 hours.
